This week, the Flahavan’s #OfficeOats Breakfast Pop-Up will open to celebrate the growing trend of deskfasting on delicious oats! The Flahavan’s #OfficeOats Breakfast Pop-Up will pop-up at WeWork’s new Iveagh Court office, Harcourt Street, this Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 6.00am to 9.30am (21st – 23rd of March 2018) offering delicious FREE Flahavan’s porridge and a variety of toppings for everyone!

From a diverse pimp your porridge toppings bar to a DIY porridge pot station with delicious creamy Flahavan’s Quick Oats or refreshing Overnight Oats, there’s something for foodies, office workers, oat lovers and fitfamers alike! Wherever you work, if you’re an oat fan there’s a free pot with your name on it to power up your day.

Here are some tasty combinations for you to try:

The Protein Punch

FLAHAVAN’S #OFFICEOATS BREAKFAST POP-UP IN DUBLIN THIS WEEK! POP IN FOR FREE PORRIDGE

Ingredients

  • 4 scoops of water or milk (120mls)
  • 2 scoops of Flahavan’s Quick Oats (30gs)
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp Cashew nut butter
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp dark chocolate chips (optional)

Method

  1. Add Flahavan’s Quick Oats and egg white to a deep bowl.
  2. Add milk/water and stir well
  3. Microwave for 2 minutes
  4. Top with cashew nut butter, cinnamon and dark chocolate chips
  5. Leave to cool for 1 minute, enjoy

On-The-Goji

Ingredients:

  • 4 scoops of water or milk (120mls)
  • 2 scoops of Flahavan’s Quick Oats (30gs)
  • 1 tbsp of goji berries
  • 1 tbsp of chopped mango
  • 2 chopped dates

Method:

  1. Add oats and water/milk to a deep microwaveable bowl and stir well
  2. Microwave for 2 minutes
  3. Stir and then top with mango, goji berries and dates
  4. Leave to cool for 1 minute, enjoy

Choc-full o’Ideas

Ingredients:

  • 4 scoops of water or milk (120mls)
  • 2 scoops of Flahavan’s Quick Oats (30gs)
  • 1 tsp 100% cocoa powder
  • Handful of raspberries
  • 1 tsp of coconut flakes

Method:

  1. Add oats and cocoa powder into a bowl and stir to ensure all ingredients are mixed and that the cocoa powder is free of lumps.
  2. Add milk or water and stir.
  3. Microwave for 2 minutes
  4. Stir and top with raspberries and coconut flakes
  5. Leave to cool for 1 minute, enjoy
