Smoothies – Banana Smoothies are very quick and easy to make and are perfect as an on-the-run breakfast or a refreshing afternoon snack. This banana smoothie is lovely and thick, and the riper the banana, the better the banana flavour. It’s also lovely with either a pinch of cinnamon or dash of vanilla.
