Fyffes Banana Cranberry Oat Cookies

Fyffes Banana Cranberry Oat Cookies are quick, easy and the perfect snack for kids.

Ingredients:

  • 4 very ripe bananas, well mashed
  • 125g oats
  • 50g shredded coconut
  • 50g dried cranberries

Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 175°C / 155°C fan assisted and line a large baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Spoon generous tablespoon amounts of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking tray and flatten each into rounds.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the edges of the cookies are golden. Leave to cool on a wire rack, then enjoy.

Tip: Use gluten free oats to make these suitable for coeliacs.
