On Thursday 12th of November, SuperValu will officially open its doors to a whole new world of gourmet food and drink, as it unveils its all new Blackrock store with an exclusive, magical and festive showcase of cookery demonstrations and celebrity appearances across the weekend – celebrating Christmas, Good Food Karma style!
This unmissable 3 day extravaganza will be a showcase of Christmas magic that will officially unveil a myriad of new concepts and surprises in the all new look SuperValu store in Blackrock; which is a mecca of fresh foods and produce in what is undoubtedly the best SuperValu food emporium in the country.
Across the three days, there will be an array of fun events – including Christmas dinner masterclasses hosted by Kevin Dundon along with GAA All-Star Bernard Brogan, craft beer tastings with Ross Golden Bannon, demonstrations on how to dress the perfect Good Food Karma Christmas table with Lisa Fitzpatrick and story-telling for children with Ryan Tubridy, to name but a few.

Darren Meaney is the local expert manning The Fresh Ready Meals counter with a range of home cooked meals from beef and stout casserole that would warm your toes to Thai Coconut Chicken Curry for a laid back, hassle free Christmas holiday evening. The all new Dipping Bar hosts a range of oils and a superb aged Balsamico Di Modena, it’s all there, again with the experts on hand to tell you how to do it right!
