John Wyer of Forest Avenue restaurant took home the prize for both Best Regional Chef and Best Newcomer at this week’s Irish Restaurant Awards. On Saturday June 21st, he is holding a full day class at Dublin Cookery School, where he will give an insight into how a chef thinks, plans and executes. This is an opportunity for ambitious cooks to take their game to the next level. There will be tips, strategies and techniques to beat the band.
