Chocolate Toffee Cornflake Cakes

Chocolate Toffee Cornflake Cakes – A tasty treat, made extra gooey and delicious with extra marshmallows.

Ingredients

  • 100g toffees
  • 100g butter
  • 100g marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 100g cornflakes
  • To decorate:
  • Mini eggs

Instructions

  1. Put 24 fairy cake cases into tins or onto platters. Put the toffees, butter and marshmallows into a pan. Heat gently, stirring occasionally with a spoon until it is smooth. Add the cocoa powder and stir through.
  2. Take the pan off the heat and stir in the cereal. Using two spoons, spoon the mixture into the cases and leave for 1 hour to set. Decorate with chocolate mini eggs.
