Crunchie Rocky Road

Crunchie Rocky Road with marshmallow chunks -This is a classic melt and mix recipe, that always goes down well with little effort on the host’s behalf. Our kind of crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 100g milk chocolate
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • 125g butter
  • 100g mini marshmallows
  • 150g rich tea biscuits, crushed
  • 4 Crunchie Bars
  • 100g white chocolate

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate, golden syrup and butter in a bowl over simmering water. While it is melting, chop the crunchie bars up into chunks.
  3. Mix together the chocolate mixture with the biscuits, marshmallow and Crunchie and smooth into a baking tray.
  4. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle over the top.
  5. Chill for about 2 hours before cutting into squares and serving.
